Food Pantry
The Upper Rock Island County Food Pantry at Messiah is operated by the Rock Island County Ministerial Association. The Pantry is affiliated with Churches United of the Quad Cities and the River Bend Food Bank and must follow their guidelines.
Hours: Wednesdays Noon until 2:00 pm and 5:00-6:30 p.m. (New evening hours!)
Food Pantry volunteer will ask you for identification (drivers license or state ID) and documentation showing your residence address (utility bill, rent receipt, etc. that’s come through the mail) with a date within the last 30 days.
Donation needs are up during the summer months because school is out. Non perishable items can be dropped off at the church anytime.
